“I have had my refrigerator for 4 days now and I’ve production is extremely slow. The ice buckets have never gotten full and we aren’t using that much ice. Is there something I can do to create more ice production? It’s definitely not creating 10lbs a day”

Move the ice from the dispensing area, forward in the bucket. This helped the ice production in my situation.
