Greetings! Congratulations on your new refrigerator. We appreciate your question about its FlexZone's meat/fish mode and if it can keep meat and fish frozen when used. When the meat/fish FlexZone mode is selected, it will continue to keep the meat and fish frozen since this mode will set and maintain a temperature of 30 °F (Freezing point of water). In addition to the FlexZone mode, you can select Soft Freeze mode. You can use this mode to keep meat and fish fresh for an extended time. The temperature sets to 23 °F in this mode.
