“The water filter reset will not work no matter how long I hold the button and continues to flash it doesn’t appear any of the buttons on the internal fridge are functioning to the touch. How can I trouble shoot this?”

i am sorry you are having issues. please refer to the owners manual at your convenience. under section 5.3 in chapter 5 there is a section that covers water filter reset. Thank you for choosing Samsung and have a great day.
