“How do u remove the glass above the veggie containers? Had a spill and it went in-between the glass and the plastic shrouding. saw an online video of guy literally bending it to get the glass out but it is extremely difficult and concern of breaking.”

Open the drawer. Lift up left side first, as high as possible. Then pull out. Yes be careful.
