Hi Ben, We are glad to answer your question about this Samsung refrigerator model. The width of the refrigerator with the doors completely open is 58 2/4 inches. Each side of the refrigerator (left and right) will require 11 3/8 inches so the doors can be open completely with access to the crisper/vegetable drawers. To open the doors 90 degrees, about 3 - 4 inches on each side of the refrigerator (left and right) is required. Please note that when the doors are open 90 degrees, the crisper or vegetable drawers are inaccessible since they are blocked by the fridge bins. Leo
