It has stainless steel knobs.

We just took delivery of this range and is setting in our garage to be installed in our new home in December. It does have metal knobs. I like the griddle and air fryer features. Can't wait to have it installed and be able to use the features.

Hi Stephanie! According to our specifications (https://bit.ly/3fyQT5H) the controls for the cooktop of this model are "Tuscan Stainless Illuminated Knobs". ^Jecca

Just looked at it. I would say it's metal, if it's not at least it is extremely hard plastic.
