Q: Questionjust purchased this range. what are my options for a backsplash to have behind it since it gets very hot next to wall? The plastic i have now seems to discolor. Does it only blow on left side?

Q: QuestionJust bought this stove, used it a lot over the holiday but now the bronze burner doesn't turn on by itself unless you use a match. I cleaned it but nothing no spark. Anyone have this issue with this new stove or do I need to call for service?

Q: QuestionIs there a way to lock not only the oven dial but the burners as well? My fiancé is concerned one of our XXL dogs or our very young nieces/nephews could bump into or otherwise turn the knobs, opening the flow of gas into the house with or w/o ignition.

Q: QuestionI am looking for the correct sizing of the ID for the flexible gas connector. The Samsung manual says 1/2 Inch, but the flexible connector packaging states if I have a range utilizing 62500BTU, I should go with 3/8 inch to match that BTU sizing. Thanks

• A:Answer The threaded connector to connect to the stove is 1/2" NPS. I used a 1/2" NPS to 3/8" compression coupling and used flexible gas line rated for propane, because I converted my stove to LPG.
