Hi Annie, We completely understand how important it is to keep your new range looking spotless, especially when it’s still so new. White marks can sometimes appear from mineral deposits in water or from cookware residue. To help restore the smooth finish, we recommend using a soft cloth with a small amount of the approved ceramic cooktop cleaner and gently polishing the surface once it has cooled. You can also refer to our detailed cleaning guide for step-by-step care tips to keep your cooktop looking its best.
