“I bought this keyboard cover from Best Buy. Its mostly great. However it's constantly saying there is a firmware update needed, which I always do. Probably 15-20 times now. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I can't believe its needed that much”

• I haven't noticed this -- you might want to contact Samsung support regarding the issues you are having.
