• No the S6 Book Cover keyboard is a totally different design and cannot fit the Tab S4. For the Tab S4, I would recommend using a Bluetooth mouse or wired mouse using a OTG adapter that is connected to the USB C port of the tablet. Either method will work fine for the Tab S4.

• No, it only works with the S6. It doesn't even work with the S5e (nor does the S5e's keyboard work with the S6). The connector and arrangement of the holding magnets is different and would prevent it from even attaching.
