Am i better to upgrade to the 256 storage? null

yes because besides doubling the storage, it adds 2GB more ram the 128GB has 6GB ram the 256GB has 8GB of ram and its not that big of a price difference.

Depends on what your using it for. It does come with expandable storage up to 1tb.

It really depends on your needs and if you think you are going to need all that space for storage, I'd say go for it. You also get extra RAM too.
