My Vzn acct was labeled "Business". BB can't deal with "B". So I needed to convert Vzn to "Personal".

I know sometimes Verizon has a few different passwords. One for billing, one is a security password, and another is an answer to a security question you may have set up. It's easy to get them mixed up

To check for upgrade you will need the following. 1. Account Holder, or Authorized User's name 2. E-Mail Address or Phone Number for the account 3. Account Website password 4. Last 4 of Account Holder's social security number 5. Billing Password.
