“The instructions are unhelpful to me. There's a blue screen and the word analog floats around on the screen. I cannot moved beyond this point so the monitor sits on the dining room table gathering dust. Unhappy with Samsung.”

• Click button on back (lower right as you are looking at front of screen) - type of input (VGA, HDMI, DVI) will appear in upper left hand corner for your connection.

• AMD "FreeSync" (this screen is FreeSync) is in the new Radeon generation. (And don't forget to turn it on in the Windows Control panel)

• Perhaps its not the monitor. If you're using if for a PC, make sure the drivers are installed or update your video card's drivers. I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago.

• Push the power button (don't hold it), push it left to Source and then press the power button once to swap it. It should swap after that
