• yes it comes with built in speakers but you could also use your own

• Yes, this monitor have inbuilt speakers. But it doesn't have Audio output jack.

• If you connect with hdmi they can work but you can use audio settings on windows or mac to chose where you want your sound output to go like a bose USB speaker or a 6.1 channel surround coming out of your graphics card.
