• You will only get what your monitor refresh rate is when gaming. It has a 4MS refresh which is nice for gaming and has the ultrasync setting you can choose from. Wow looks great on the monitor

• No since FreeSync is for AMD Graphics Cards, so try looking for a G-Sync Monitor for Nvidia Graphics cards
