“How do I find a conversion table for this convection oven? I have been searching online. So far, 5 of 5 pans of brownies have been either undercooked, or raw in center with burned edges. I don’t hAve time to test every recipe multiple times.”

I have not had delivery on this oven yet, not until late November. But friends have told me to use this. http://www.convection-calculator.com/ I sure hope this helps... please let me know.
