Thanks for your interest in the NE58H9970WS. The maximum temperature difference when the Flex Duo partition is in place varies depending on which oven mode is selected, but is generally about 75°F to 100°F. Please refer to page 47 of the User Manual for a chart detailing the minimum and maximum settings for the upper and lower ovens when in Twin Cooking mode. - Ms. Samsung
