No it doesn't allow you to put in exact temperature for the stove top. Those exact temperatures aren't exact any way though as the material of the pot and how it's constructed changes the temperature. For example an aluminum pot with a steel base will not have the same temperature throughout the pot as one that was completely stainless steel even if the unit was set to say 100 degrees. No stovetop made can give an exact temperature though, no matter if gas, electric, or induction as they are not in a closed environment as heat loss due to surrounding air varies greatly. At best that "exact temperature" is an estimation.
