• A:Answer For videos and pictures in general you are in the wrong price point. This system doesn't have a lot of storage and only a basic graphics card. You need to look for systems with the intel i5 or i7 before you get to systems meant to handle good resolution, such as in pictures.

• A:Answer Usually most laptops have a wide range for voltage inputs for the chargers/power bricks for example the one for my laptop says 100-240VAC, all you would need is a converter for the US 120VAC 3 prong to a Euro plug adapter. Sorry don't know what type of wall power pugs are actually used in Africa I just assume its the same as Europe.
