“When the cover is on, do you still get the good Dolby Atmos sound out of both speakers when listening to audio/video? Does the cover change the sound quality?”

The cover doesn't change the sound quality.

It doesn't affect the speakers at all. Still the same sound quality.

Sounds the same with or without the case. If there is its not noticeable.

Case has good port clearance for top and bottom speakers. Sound does not change appreciably with case on.
