• There is nothing to charge, the power comes from the included adapter. Blinking lights usually indicate that the device you are trying to charge is not compatible, or that there is a problem with the charger power supply. Make sure to use the one that came with the charger.

• Mine flashes red if you set the phone on it and its not in the right spot. Might be if you have too thick of a case on your phone too.
