A:Answer I would say that I could if I wanted, I have 110v outlets installed in my truck, but I do not know if a 12v adapter plugged into this pad would power it correctly, it was a special adaptive fast charge adapter plug that goes in the outlet, I do not know that a standard 12v USB adapter would work with it. The other issue I see is that there is nothing that holds the phone to the charger, any hard turn or bump would probably knock the phone off of it.
I have a mobile wireless changer that I use, it holds on to the phone and even clips into the vents so the phone could be used at a navigation or music device while you are driving, I would recommend that over this.
As far as this charger's ability to charge a Samsung watch, I wouldn't try it while traveling in a car. while the phone has some wiggle room on it's placement on the pad to charge, the watch has to be placed precisely over its charging area, any movement and it would get pushed off. I'd say the factor one would be a better option, it actually has a magnate that holds the watch to the charger, this one uses gravity.
