• Depending on the size of the slot, it comes with an adapter for a larger slot.

• It should work fine, switching is ok but be sure to unmount in your settings or turn your device off before you pull it out. If you have ability to move apps to your card remember that those apps will not work when the other card is out, so be sure that the apps you use with this card are on the device

• Yes, the Yoga 3 has a micro SD slot. You can switch between cards much the same as you'd switch between two external HDDs though it's a bit cumbersome (slot is at the back, behind a plastic panel).
