• eltong, i would think it would work since its also a samsung product, but i would pose that question on you tube or samsung direct to see what they say. hope this helps

• It probably works, but that phone only works with 16gb memory, as much, this special product has a very fast data transfer speed, but the manufacturer only recomends, 16 gb cards.

• Hey, EltonG. The U640 has a recommended max storage of 16GB and anything beyond this is not advised. I hope this was helpful.
