The S/M size fits wrists measuring 130mm to 190mm, while the M/L size fits wrists measuring 145mm to 205mm. To determine the right size for you, measure your wrist using a cloth or paper tape measure. If you don't have one, you can use a string. Simply take a piece of string or rope, wrap it around your wrist, mark the spot where it meets, and then measure the length using a ruler or tape measure in millimeters. Samsung watches come in various shapes and sizes, but many of them use the same bandwidth. As long as you have the correct width, you can switch bands as you like.
