“The web ad says a RING Doorbell is included in the purchase. I sent all the info that RING wants and they denied the free doorbell offer as it does NOT apply to Best Buy purchases. False advertising? Excellent refrigerator though!!”

• Best buy gave us the doorbell when we picked up our fridge..call them to get yours!

• You should have asked Best Buy not Ring since it was Best Buys ad. I imagine Ring wouldn't sell you a refrigerator either.
