“Mine isn't working. RIght out of the box. tried with case on and off. S21. Any suggestions? The light on the charger just blinks.”

It's not a very good charger, sadly. Our experience is that you need to position the phone 'just right' for it to work. To get it to fast charge we find it is even more finicky. Same brand as the phone, we were hoping it would work reliably, it doesn't.
