It comes both ways electric and gas. Just purchase the right one.

It is a GAS only heated oven. It DOES require a 110V standard connection to power the display and control the oven .

No. It's stated in the title of the range that it is gas. 

You will need a close 110 outlet to run the electronic portion of the range.
