Is the top oven section only convection null

Both are convection there is a fan for each oven

Hi Chuck, When used in Twin Oven mode, the options for the Upper oven in the NX58J7750SS are Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Broil; the Lower oven can be set to Bake or Convection Bake. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

yes - top is convection only, regular bake is in the bottom or take out divider to use the whole oven on regular bake.
