I would assume you could use the burners by manual lighting ... use lighter stick... light it.... hold next to burner (close)... turn burner on... should light... I have used this method with my previous gas stove... when you turn the burner knob on you are turning on the gas...Never attempted lighting oven as burner is not exposed and would prove to be unsafe
