Per electrical code, a standard electric oven is plugged into a 220/240V outlet with a 40 amp breaker. At least an 8/3 wire is recommended for the circuit. You may want to ask some credentials from your electrician if (s)he is ssking this type of questions. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It uses a 220 outlet like any other electric stove. We used the one from our previous stove that this one replaced. I hope that helps I'm not familiar enough with volts and amps to be any more specific. I had the stove top converted to propane and used my existing propane line as well. I have been a dual fuel user for several decades and upgraded to this model.
