Variance between oven temps Can each oven been run totally independently or do they have to be within a certain temp of each other? In other words can I be cooking a turkey in the bottom and warming potatoes in the top?

Hi Tom,

The Upper and Lower Ovens are controlled independently, but there are limits to the temperature variance between them depending on which modes and temperatures are set. A detailed chart can be found on page 41 of the NE59J7850WG User Manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website.

You can run each oven completely independent of the other. It's great!

You can run them independently and at different temperatures. The convection oven does cook much faster and tends to cook hotter so you need to watch that you don't burn anything. A tray is used to divide the two ovens, however it would be difficult to fit a turkey into the lower portion of the oven. Hope this answer helps.

Yes they can be operated independently. They each have there own temp setting.
