“I understand i need to use a pizza stone in this oven but what do i cook the pizza on? Bake with fan, Bake or roast? Can i use the top oven? I am not having good luck with pizza, crust is soggy.”

• I didn’t even know it had heat from bottom with no element?

• We cook our pizza on the rack of the lower oven. We've tried it in the top, However it doesn't do well since you need the heat to come from the bottom to crisp the crust. Give this a try and I think you'll be happy with the results
