“Is there any way to have the upper oven not use the broiler when put on baking. While cooking the broiler comes on to keep temperature and it burns the top of food.”

• The top oven will do Convection Bake and Convection Roast. The Roast setting uses the broiler (top element) for sure, but I believe the Bake function uses an element housed (covered) in the rear where the fan outlet is.
