• You CAN set two oven temps. The top oven will do convection bake and roast while the bottom oven can do normal bake or convection bake. There is some limit to how much temperature variation there can be between the two ovens, but we've never run into it. We use our two ovens at two different temperatures quite often. It's the reason we got a double oven.
