“I am going to purchase a range very soon and looking at the Flex Duo. How big is the small oven and is it close to a burner that most thing would over brown? I would like to have 2 ovens but afraid it will not really function like an oven.”

• Both the top & lower ovens are convection, they both have fans.

• It does function like an oven, but you can only use the top oven as a convection oven
