Hi Donnabug, We appreciate your question about your roast meat being tough regardless of cooking time and heat. There is a lot to consider when roasting or baking meat. How big is the meat, what type of meat/cut is it, how long should be the cooking time, do you need a tenderizer to put in your marinade, and the marinade that you use? These are some of the things that need to be considered when roasting or baking meat. Most often, there are recipe's that you can follow to guide you with roasting or baking and they come out good. There are a lot of recipes that you can follow on the internet - read the reviews of them first before following. Also, I have shared this model's user manual below.
