Yes you could cook a turkey on the bottom and casserole on top. The question should be do you want it all in one oven with the same temperature or do you want to use it as two separate ovens. If you use it all in one then a large turkey would work fine. If you use it for two separate ovens you may want to keep your turkey on the lighter size i would guess maybe 10 to 12 oounds.
