Q: QuestionCan you see the screen in bright sunlight?Can you see what you are taking a picture of on the screen when in bright sunlight? My Kodak and my Nikon cameras died just over 1 year each so not even looking at those brands. Am using my phone (LG) now, but need a real camera because I cannot see anything on the screen in bright sunlight. I want to be sure any camera I get does not have the same problem.

• A:Answer Surprisingly it does well in bright light. The screen is huge but fade is not a real problem

• A:Answer Make sure your memory card has been formatted for the camera. All of my pictures are on the memory card and I don't have any trouble posting. You might also check to make sure that you have internet access when you try to post.

Q: QuestionWhat is difference between camera's OS4.1 and new OS4.2I notice the difference in price between the original samsung galaxy camera and the NEW samsung galaxy camera. What is the difference in the new OS in regards to the camera? In researching the difference in OS 4.1 versus 4.2 I only see comparisons in regards to the samsung galaxy phones....

• A:Answer Well there is a couple of diffrences between the Samsung Galaxy camera 1 and 2. The Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 has everything it's predecessor has and more, it offers a faster processor which makes the camera run faster and smoother. It has a bigger battery so you use it longer. It has a noticeably better Microphone to record audio. The upgrade to Android 4.3 adds new features and makes the camera run more fluid.

• A:Answer Yes! In fact you can upload to Dropbox, Google drive, Facebook, ANY social media, Youtube even. As long as your connected to come sort of internet/hotspot/wifi it's exactly like a phone. In fact I like to thing of the camera as, "A camera with a phone built into it. Not a phone with a camera built into it. There's a difference." But in your case. Anything that you can do with an android 4.3 phone you can do with this camera

Q: QuestionWhy can't I order this camera online and it shipped to my home? Best Buy offers free shipping, yet it has to be a store pick up. The whole point of ordering online is it can be shipped to your home. It is not available for pick up at my Best Buy.
