Hello snoopy, thanks for asking! This phone has external memory support with a MicroSD (Up to 512GB) and 32GB Internal Memory with an Available Memory of 20.9GB. User memory is less than the total memory due to storage of the operating system and software used to operate the features. Actual user memory will vary depending on the operator and may change after software upgrades are performed. ^Elizabeth
