- Answer You can transfer all your pictures and some settings to this phone if you use the Samsung app Smart Switch. Download Smart Switch on the old. Start the app on the old phone, press Send Data and follow the instructions.

- Answer LOOKING ON MINTMOBILE.COM, I DID NOT SEE THIS A13 PHONE LISTED IN THEIR COMPATIBLE PHONE LIST ON THEIR WEBSITE.. AND WHEN I TYPED IT IN, IT KEPT GOING BACK TO WHITE AND WOULD NOT LET ME ENTER A13. BETTER DOUBLE CHECK WITH MINT.. BEST BUY MAY BE WRONG!
