A15 is a bit smaller, has an AMOLED screen (better and a big deal at this price point), double the RAM (128 vs 64), slightly better processor, faster charging, and one of the three camera formats is different from the A14 (subjective as to whether or not better or worse). Its more like a new phone rather than an improvement over the previous model (A13 to A14).

You now have the 5MP Ultra Wide Camera added with the existing camera features. The resolution on the display has been enhanced as well from 401ppi to 420ppi.
