A:AnswerNo. I believe can buy a compatible 2 simcard tray for this phone from 3rd party sellers on amazon or you can buy a Galaxy A54 5G that has one (international version).
A:AnswerThe phone is unlocked but you will need to check the data bands in use in the area where you are traveling. The A15 supports 21 LTE bands. There is little or no 5G coverage in most of the world. Apple iPhones and Google Pixels support the widest international coverage plus they are both dual SIM.
A:AnswerTrade-off between manufacturing costs and inflation buffer over last two years of similar or same pricing among model series in lower priced and midgrade phones. Cuts down on electronic waste, as same charger *generally* works for successive year models.
* Faster chipset models may need higher amp chargers if you upgrade from A15 to A54 or A55 when it arrives in March 2024, for example.

A:AnswerGood day Ti, thank you for finding the free time out of your busy day to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy A15. An IMEI number is like a driver's license. It is specific to that one device and cannot be shared due to security purposes. However, the advertised Galaxy A15 is compatible with AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi, H2O Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Ting Mobile, Ultra Mobile, US Cellular, and Verizon. Feel free to reach out to Support with any other questions you may have. Thank you for being an unwavering Samsung customer. - Debra
A:AnswerThe A15 and the A15 5G are two different phones so I bought the A15 5G and use straight talk and it was easy to turn on wifi calling in settings by just clicking yes to wifi calling . Verizon is the parent company to the Walmart Phone services . A lot of my calls show as WIFI calling because I live in Hottervile and have places publicly marked as to signal and no signal and I bought from Best Buy .

A:AnswerHi there Chicago888, thanks for taking the opportunity to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy A15. That's a good question, Chicago888. A:AnswerI had a difficult time pairing my hearing aids, phonak, to this phone. I took it back to my hearing provider. She spent about a half hour and finally got it working. Now it's working great.
A:AnswerHello there Rudi, thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy A15. Whenever 5G coverage is not available, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. Check to see if your phone is displaying the 5G indicator on the status bar. If it isn't, your phone is using either 4G or 3G. The 5G indicator's appearance will vary based on carrier. If you have any other questions for us, feel free to contact Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra
A:AnswerI have just got an A15 and have this same question. I am actually getting calls, texts and data but can't access my voicemail. Guy at Xfinity store said A series Samsung and all Motorola phones are not 'compatible' - he seemed to be surprised what was actually working.. Seems Xfinity wants to sell these phones themselves (they actually sell the A15 but I wanted the light blue so got at Best Buy), but only 'their' model is considered compatible..... I'm only around 2 more months for Xfinity mobile so keeping the phone (while the combined home internet/mobile plan is great, I've had lots of issues on the mobile side so will go back to T-Mobile most likely).
