“Where is the phone jack located? Only 1 other miniature type opening next to charging port, is this the headphone port?”

• Good day Ampman, thanks for reaching out with your question about the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G does not have a physical 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead, you can use the USB Type-C charging port on the bottom edge for all audio connections. If you have any other questions, please let us know by contacting Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra

• Sorry, there is no headphone jack. Just like the iphone, they've removed it from newer phones. They expect you to buy their wireless Bluetooth earbuds.
