Hey there Sandra, thanks for reaching out about your Samsung Galaxy A16. Samsung provides up to 7 years of software and security updates to our mobile devices. Right out of the box, the advertised Galaxy A16 launched with Android 14, however, as you know this device will update to Android 15 (One UI 7.0).
