“If I order this phone online from Best Buy, will I be able to take it to my local Best Buy store and have a Best Buy/Tracfone representative transfer the data from my old phone and fully activate the new one? Will there be a fee for this?”

When I checked into this, yes there could be fees as the seller of my phone was not Best Buy themselves. I ended up at my Phone service provider and the setup was FREE! Even having to move my phone number to a nano-sim card also!
