    • Answer Was thinking a bug was causing updates to fail for the last 3 months, but I read somewhere that you get two quarterly updates with a Best Buy A32 5G phone and I bought mine about 9 months ago. It says "Visit a Samsung Service Center", which when researched, are UBreakWeFix stores in my area and charge quite a bit for repairs so I just turned off auto-updates. I typically have a phone for 2-3 years before losing/breaking it. Done buying $1000 phones, so the A32 5g was a great compromise.

    • Answer This phone is not capable of charging wirelessly unless a charging adapter is installed onto the back of the phone. I did get one, but found it blocked normal charging, so unless you commit to only charging wirelessly everywhere, you're probably not going to be happy, possibly damaging the phone installing/removing the fragile adapter as needed.
