The Best Buy answer is INCORRECT. The A53 from BB CANNOT be used on Spectrum. I wasted 6 hours with Spectrum support and 120 mile return drive to a store to have them show me that A53 phones from anywhere OTHER than Spectrum cannot be used despite what their compatibility chart shows.
