“Is buying this going to work with all carriers? I'm in Mexico and use Telcel and when I'm back in the states I us H2O wireless or Consumer cellar. this is a question for Samsung. Also is the price going to be the sale price or retail? Thank you”

It works in Colombia. With Tigo. As long as it's unlocked or you have roaming you shouldn't have a issue. Unless you're provider doesn't have access to any antennas over there
