“product specs state that it has a front facing camera but when I try and use it computer says that no camera is detected, I can clearly see a camera but unable to use it for apps like Skype, MS Teams, Etc. Is there a solution to this.”

Hi, If you did not spend the time updating your system during your initial setup, go to settings and update the Windows system. Once that is finished, on the start tiles, under "Samsung Apps", you will find a tile that says Samsung Updates, run that as well. Run each one (Windows first, then Samsung) until it comes back with zero updates available. After you've updated your system, check on the camera driver - (Right click Start, select Device Manager, Right click Camera, choose Properties. If it says device not installed, click on "Scan for Hardware Changes". If it is already there, update the driver. Doing the above should resolve your problems with the camera.
